Fire Safety Services is a chartered independent fire engineering and safety consultancy based in London. We work with developers, architects, building owners, legal teams, and responsible persons across the UK on projects ranging from individual flat blocks to complex mixed-use schemes, heritage buildings, high-rise towers, and major infrastructure.

We are advisory only. We do not install, manufacture, or supply fire safety products or systems. That means our advice is entirely independent and never influenced by a commercial interest in the outcome of any assessment or report — a distinction that matters when you are making significant decisions about fire safety compliance.

Our engineers hold professional membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) and other recognised chartered engineering institutions. We carry up to £5 million professional indemnity insurance on all work.
