Stage 0-1: Strategic DefinitionInitial fire safety objectives, site constraint appraisal, and fire safety input to the project brief. Establishes the fire safety design intent before design begins.
Stage 2: Concept DesignConcept fire strategy, means of escape, compartmentation strategy, fire safety design options. Planning fire statement for Gateway 1 and London Plan D12a.
Stage 3: Developed DesignDeveloped fire strategy, updated escape analysis, compartmentation coordination, fire suppression and detection design parameters.
Stage 4: Technical DesignTechnical fire strategy and specifications. Fire safety drawings. Gateway 2 BSR submission documentation. Coordination with structural and M&E engineers.
